Mood Fabric Blog
Mood Fabrics is possibly my fabric resource for free sewing patterns. The designers are made by their own fashion students and creators – so, they are always on trend and updated weekly. There is always a new, exciting pattern on their site. I’ve been eyeing this jumpsuit (but admittedly, I am afraid of making button holes.) All patterns are free to download and have great written and visual instructions.
The Peppermint Mag
The Peppermint mag is a great resource for free & paid patterns- meaning they ask for a small donation of $2 for their patterns. Although it is not required, the. small donation is well worth it. Their designs are beautiful, yet simple making them perfect for any beginner seamstress. If you are looking for a free easy beginner sewing pattern from this site, I recommend this one.
All Free Sewing
If you are looking for patterns beyond clothing, All Free Sewing has a variety of patterns for you. Admittedly, the site is a little more rugged. So, you may have to do more searching to find exactly what you are looking to create. The patterns are all used submitted – so, there may so variation in the quality of the pattern and the written instructions.

A fabric retailer owned by Amazon, this site has a few patterns available free for download. They have an array of products from clothing to baby to accessories.

Specializing as a linen fabric retailer, this site offers gorgeous patterns for the seaside. Designed to be constructed in their fine linen, the patterns reflect the effortless, simple aesthetic of the intended material. The company also prides itself on the finest linen at a fair price. SO, if you’re in the market this is a great resource for your projects.
