One on my favorite reasons to use thrifted frames is not only because the quality is higher at a lower price, but because it already has all the wall hanging accessories attached. Many times, with new frames, you need to screw in hooks in order to hang the frame. With used frames, you can just skip that tedious step!

Instructions

Cut your foam board to the size of the frame.
Next, attach the map to the foam board using spray mount. Spray the adhesive about 6-12 inches from the board. Make sure to add an even coat. Allow to set for 15-30 seconds. This will ensure any areas that are too wet settle before applying your map.
Apply your printed map to the spray adhesive. Make sure you apply lightly. That way you can peel up and remove any wrinkles if needed. Once you like the layout, press the map onto to secure.
Flip the frame and attach the foam board to the frame using duct tape.
Add pins as desired.
